Central Planners and the Conflict of Visions.

The latest manifestation of the central planners' vision, the Independent Payment Advisory Board(IPAB), is being criticized by one of the leading visionaries, Stanford economist Alain Einthoven, Ph.D. He stated that local action would be more effective in reducing inefficiencies and improving quality in American medicine: "Prof. Enthoven is correct," writes conservative policy commentator Grace-Marie Turner of the Galen Institute."
