A comprehensive review of shoulder biomechanics, lever mechanics, and joint stabilization techniques was conducted. A hypothetical anatomical model was developed, integrating a bilateral transverse osseous support structure (OIRTA) extending from the scapula and supporting the humeral head via a pivot-like articulation. Theoretical mechanical calculations were performed to assess torque distribution, load transfer, and joint stability compared to the native GH joint. A proposed biomechanical model simulates the effects of this modification on shoulder kinematics.
